Public Documents

Access and download public documents

Access public documents in support of ongoing applications, assessments and regulatory processes undertaken by LexEco.

This page provides stakeholders, interested and affected parties (I&APs), authorities, community members and industry bodies with access to project documentation that is open for public review, comment or notice.

All documents listed below relate to projects where LexEco is appointed as the Environmental Assessment Practitioner (EAP), lead consultant or specialist contributor.

How This Page Works

For ease of access, most projects include a single combined PDF containing the full draft report and all annexures. You will find:

Environmental Authorisation documents (EIA, BAR, Section 24G)

Environmental Management Programme (EMPr) documents

Specialist reports (wetland, vegetation, biodiversity, aquatic, heritage, etc.)

Commenting deadlines

Water Use Licence (WUL) applications

Documents will remain available for the duration required by legislation or until the public participation process closes.
